Job summary

Klipboard is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities in Oakville, Canada. You will prospect, qualify, and collaborate with Account Executives to secure product demonstrations and drive revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools. You will work to meet daily activity KPIs and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.

  • Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls with existing and prospective contacts to secure product demonstrations.
  • Achieve KPIs agreed with the Sales Director and report progress on a weekly or monthly basis, as required.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Account Executives.

The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, effective qualification, and strong collaboration with Account Executives. This role requires excellent communication skills, commercial curiosity, resilience, and the ability to build productive relationships with prospective customers while consistently meeting agreed activity and performance targets.
