Prime Management Group Inc. is pleased to partner with BeautiTone Paint & Home Products, a division of Home Hardware, in the recruitment of a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to join a people-first organization in a new phase of strategic growth. Focused on strengthening Home Hardware’s position in the paint and home products categories, this role will play a key part in identifying new prospects and building meaningful relationships with professional and commercial customers across North America. The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated and supportive team that values initiative, insight, and long-term thinking.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the adaptable and customer-oriented leader in this role will be responsible for generating new business, uncovering category growth possibilities, and supporting the ongoing development of tailored programs and offerings. Through a mix of proactive outreach, lead management, and account development, they will work to grow Home Hardware’s footprint by engaging the right partners and enhancing the overall customer experience. This includes managing the entire sales cycle and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless execution and sustained results.

Supported by a collaborative cross-functional team including marketing, finance, research, and product development, this trusted business champion will bring clarity and creativity to each opportunity. They will represent the Home Hardware brand with integrity and professionalism, becoming a reliable point of contact for clients while building mutually beneficial partnerships. With guidance from an experienced and empowering director, the selected candidate will be encouraged to take initiative and explore new approaches in a culture that rewards collaboration and accountability.

To qualify for this opportunity, candidates should possess:

  • A diploma or degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • A proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally in paint, coatings, construction, or home improvement.

  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and account growth.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently with professionalism and accountability.

  • Comfort navigating complex commercial relationships and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.

  • Familiarity with private-label, white-label, or large retail programs is considered an asset.

  • French language skills are an asset.

  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Canada and the United States.
