What You’ll Do
As our Business Development Representative (BDR), your mission is to connect with growing service-based businesses that are ready for a better way to manage their accounting. You’re the first person they meet on their journey with us—your ability to listen, empathize, and clearly articulate our values sets the tone.
Your role includes
● Prospecting and qualifying new leads through outbound and inbound channels
● Engaging with potential clients to understand their pain points and introduce our solutions
● Managing discovery calls, follow-ups, and nurturing outreach with empathy and clarity
● Collaborating with our leadership team to refine outreach strategies
● Tracking activity and performance metrics in our CRM to continuously optimize your approach
This isn’t about selling a commodity—it’s about solving a problem entrepreneurs desperately want to fix. You’ll be their first breath of fresh air.
Who You Are
You might be our perfect fit if:
● You have 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in professional services
● You have an accounting background (not required, but would be nice)
● You’re obsessed with understanding client pain points, not just pushing a product
● You ask sharp questions, listen deeply, and communicate clearly
● You’re not afraid of a CRM and love improving your process
● You’re a self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-moving environment
● You believe in what we’re doing and want to help entrepreneurs succeed

Compensation: Starting base salary of $50,000/year with uncapped performance-based commissions.
