What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint in the staffing industry. You’ll own top-of-funnel lead generation, nurture early-stage prospects, and help shape our GTM strategy from the ground up.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and engage prospective staffing companies using Apollo.io
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery and tailored outreach
  • Book and coordinate sales calls and demos for the Head of Revenue
  • Build compelling outbound campaigns across email, phone, and social channels
  • Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in Pipedrive
  • Learn and clearly articulate Talipay’s value proposition to target personas
  • Capture prospect feedback to help improve messaging, collateral, and outreach strategy
  • Contribute to ongoing sales process improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or outbound sales
  • Familiarity with sales development tools such as Apollo.io and Pipedrive
  • Experience selling financial services, fintech, SaaS, or working with SMB clients
  • Understanding of invoice financing or the subcontractor-based business model is an asset
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to learn and grow within a sales organization

What We Offer

  • Remote-first work with flexible hours
  • Competitive base salary of $60,000 + uncapped commission ($80,000 earnings on target)

What Your First 90 Days Look Like

  • Day 0-30: Onboarding and product training, shadowing sales calls, refining outreach messaging
  • Day 30-60: Begin outbound outreach, booking your first meetings, refining lead list
  • Day 60-90: Build consistent outbound pipeline, begin closing initial opportunities with support
