Company: Netintegrity Inc.

Location: Remote – Canada

About Netintegrity

Netintegrity is a Canadian-owned software company with more than 30 years of experience developing innovative technology for the property management industry. Our flagship INFO-Tracker platform brings accounting, operations, automation, and client-facing technology together in one integrated environment, helping property management organizations reduce administrative complexity, streamline workflows, and operate more efficiently.

From condominium and strata management to multifamily rentals, commercial properties, and affordable housing, our technology supports organizations managing diverse and complex portfolios across North America.

As we accelerate our growth across Canada and expand our presence in the United States, we’re investing in our sales organization and looking for an experienced business development professional to help us capture new market opportunities.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proven outbound sales professional who knows how to open doors, engage decision-makers, and turn prospecting activity into qualified business opportunities.

As a Senior Business Development Representative, you’ll play a critical role in expanding Netintegrity’s customer base by identifying prospective customers, engaging senior executives, conducting meaningful discovery, and generating qualified introductory product demonstrations.

This is a hands‑on, outbound‑focused position for someone who takes ownership of their pipeline, enjoys the challenge of securing new business conversations, and has a demonstrated history of achieving measurable sales results. You’ll have access to an established SaaS platform, defined target markets, prospecting tools, and marketing resources. Your responsibility is to translate those advantages into consistent, qualified sales opportunities. We value initiative, persistence, sound judgment, and the ability to engage business leaders in conversations that go beyond a traditional sales pitch.

What You'll Be Doing
Outbound Prospecting & Opportunity Generation
  • Execute consistent, targeted outbound prospecting, including a minimum of 50 calls and 30 initial or follow-up emails per working day.
  • Research, identify, and engage mid‑market and enterprise property management organizations across Canada, with opportunities to support U.S. market development.
  • Build relationships with Presidents, CEOs, CFOs, Controllers, Operations Directors, and other key decision‑makers.
  • Develop personalized outreach that communicates Netintegrity's value and creates meaningful opportunities for engagement.
  • Proactively identify organizations that may benefit from modernizing or consolidating their existing property management and accounting technology.
Discovery & Sales Qualification
  • Lead initial discovery conversations to understand prospective customers' operational challenges, business priorities, existing technology, and future requirements.
  • Evaluate opportunities based on portfolio size, property types, decision‑making structure, operational complexity, and overall alignment with Netintegrity's solutions.
  • Confidently communicate the business value of an integrated SaaS platform, including improved efficiency, automation, financial visibility, and reduced administrative overhead.
  • Convert qualified prospect conversations into scheduled and successfully completed introductory product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure qualified opportunities transition effectively into the next stage of the sales process.
Pipeline Management & Accountability
  • Maintain an organized and active prospecting pipeline with consistent follow‑up and clearly defined next steps.
  • Accurately document prospect interactions, discovery findings, qualification details, and sales activities in HubSpot CRM.
  • Take ownership of individual performance against established activity, opportunity generation, and demonstration targets.
  • Participate in relevant industry events, webinars, and partner‑driven business development initiatives when required.
What Success Looks Like

We're looking for someone who consistently turns outbound effort into measurable business results.

Performance expectations include:

  • Outbound activity: A minimum of 50 prospecting calls and 30 initial or follow‑up emails per working day.
  • Qualified opportunities: Generate 4–5 sales‑accepted business opportunities per month.
  • Completed demonstrations: Deliver 3–4 qualified, completed introductory product demonstrations per month.
  • Executive engagement: Consistently establish meaningful conversations with relevant business decision‑makers.
  • Pipeline quality: Maintain accurate qualification, disciplined follow‑up, and a predictable flow of new opportunities.
  • Accountability: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales development objectives.

Performance will be assessed against clearly defined expectations, with structured milestones throughout the first 12 months.

Your focus will be on owning the front end of the sales process, from prospect identification and initial outreach through discovery, qualification, and introductory demonstration coordination. Our sales leadership team will manage subsequent evaluations, commercial proposals, negotiations, and closing.

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum four years of successful outbound B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within SaaS, enterprise software, or complex technology solutions.
  • A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding measurable sales development targets, including qualified opportunities, completed demonstrations, or pipeline generation.
  • Proven ability to prospect independently, engage executive‑level decision‑makers, and generate new business through proactive outreach.
  • Strong consultative discovery, communication, objection‑handling, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience managing structured prospecting activities, sales pipelines, and CRM records.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, self‑motivation, persistence, and accountability in a remote working environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience selling or generating opportunities for accounting, ERP, property management, or other mission‑critical business software.
  • Familiarity with complex B2B SaaS sales cycles involving multiple decision‑makers.
  • Experience using HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar sales prospecting technologies.
  • Previous experience targeting mid‑market or enterprise organizations in Canada or the United States.

While industry experience is an advantage, we're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate a history of successful outbound business development and consistent performance.

Why Join?
Established Technology. Real Market Opportunity.

Netintegrity combines the credibility of an established Canadian technology company with the opportunity to contribute directly to an expanding North American sales operation.

Here’s what makes this opportunity compelling:

  • A proven product: Represent a comprehensive SaaS platform backed by more than 30 years of industry experience and an established customer base.
  • A growing market opportunity: Help expand our presence among property management organizations looking to modernize operations and improve efficiency.
  • Meaningful earning potential: Competitive base compensation with performance‑based incentives and an OTE of $110,000–$125,000 CAD.
  • Autonomy and ownership: Take responsibility for your own prospecting activities, pipeline development, and results.
  • Tools to succeed: Access established prospecting resources, defined target markets, and marketing support.
  • Direct access to leadership: Work closely with experienced sales leadership in an organization where individual contributions are visible and valued.
  • Remote flexibility: Work remotely from anywhere in Canada while engaging prospective customers across North America.

This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys outbound business development, values independence, and wants their performance to have a direct impact on company growth.

Ready to Make an Impact?

We encourage applicants to highlight measurable achievements, including sales targets attained, qualified opportunities generated, demonstrations completed, or pipeline developed.

Netintegrity Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from qualified candidates of all backgrounds.
