Job description

Entreflow Consulting Group is a cloud accounting CPA public practice and licensed recruitment firm. With a team of 20, Entreflow accelerates business growth through accounting, fractional CFO, Tax, HR, and software implementation services. The firm has supported hundreds of start ups and scale ups to crush their goals. Entreflow is a QuickBooks Elite Level ProAdvisor and Xero Partner, leveraging the best fintech possible in the cloud ecosystem to effectively support our clients. This is a remote position but we are only hiring candidates who currently live in Canada.

We are growing quickly and in need of a full-time Sales professional to join our team. If you take a consultative approach to sales, believe in community building, and want to make a direct contribution to your clients’ business success, this is the role for you.

Your Role:

  • Create and maintain relationships with our partners in the industry and relating industries
  • Manage the referral program, ensure that referral sources are tracked correctly in our CRM
  • Support with finding and booking conferences, webinars and networking events
  • Pre and post webinar support and outreach
  • Cold outreach to new leads through various channels (i.e. email marketing, phone outreach etc.)
  • Support our Sales Consultant with proposal writing, price increase notifications and other recurring administrative tasks
  • Triage incoming leads through the phone and chatbots to convert to meetings with the Sales Consultant
  • Follow up with incoming leads that outreach through our phone and chatbots
  • Try new things, get in the trenches with our Marketing team, research and identify target companies, cold call and run campaigns
  • Have/build sufficient knowledge of Accounting/Finance, HR and Marketing to answer front-line questions, and position our services and expertise against the needs
  • Collaborate with our teams to uncover new needs/opportunities with existing clients

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years experience in a B2B sales position
  • Post-Secondary education in Business, Finance, Accounting, HR or Marketing. MBA considered an asset
  • Some kind of formal sales training
  • Experience working in a start-up or high-growth company, love fast-paced, high-stakes, dynamic roles where you can make a big impact
  • Self-motivated, collaboratively focused
  • Tech forward - you avoid paper, love CRM and productivity apps, you try new things regularly
  • Experience working with email campaigns, linked sales navigator and hubspot
  • A willingness to constantly learn
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Prior experience working in or with Accounting is an asset
