About Our Client: Our client is a construction company specializing in managing and executing major ICI projects.

Position Scope: The Business Development Manager will develop the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) market by targeting strategic customers and building strong business relationships to support the growth of the company’s Toronto office. This involves market analysis, prospecting, and client engagement to expand their customer base and strengthen regional presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the GTA market to identify key industries and companies, creating a list of potential customers.
  • Participate in networking events to connect with prospects, promote the company’s services, and establish relationships.
  • Conduct outreach calls to present services to potential clients.
  • Lead meetings with prospects, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in CRM, manage relationships from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate internally to develop service proposals, present to clients, and negotiate agreements.
  • Contribute to sales forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Assist in developing new sales strategies.
  • Perform other duties as required.

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
