A leading company in contract manufacturing is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and secure new business opportunities. This role involves managing client relationships and leveraging industry connections to promote metal fabrication and assembly solutions. With the flexibility to work from home or at the office, the ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience in manufacturing and strong interpersonal skills.
The Business Development Manager, Contract Manufacturing will play a key role in securing new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and driving maximum market engagement for Melitron’s contract manufacturing services with OEMs across sectors such as energy, security, defence, IT, emerging technologies, and other industrial markets. You will identify and qualify new customers while fostering strong client relationships to promote and sell Melitron’s metal fabrication, enclosure and assembly solutions for commercial electrical, electronic and electro-mechanical products.
This sales position provides the flexibility to work from home or at Melitron’s head office in Guelph, ON, with travel to business partner locations or industry events as required.
