Salary range: $65,000 to $70,000 (plus commission plan)

Job Summary

We’re hiring a Director, Business Development. This key senior role focuses on growth in a competitive market, leading market needs analysis, consultative selling, and marketing initiatives. We seek a highly motivated business development expert to drive significant impact and growth in the assigned territory.

If you join us as our Director, Business Development, your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing the Compass Sales Process to understand client criteria and communicate this internally to Operations.
  • Selling comprehensive service solutions that meet client needs.
  • Leveraging company resources to initiate, manage, and develop customer relationships strategically.
  • Leading or developing service solutions and promoting our value proposition to differentiate us from competitors.
  • Identifying and managing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within our service offerings.
  • Driving all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, proposals, RFP responses, and closing sales.
  • Creating tailored proposals and presentations that effectively showcase our capabilities.
