Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition efforts and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term partnerships, and deepening relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Driving Sales Growth – Identifying, targeting, and acquiring new business opportunities in the printing, packaging, and fulfillment sectors.
  • Building Strategic Partnerships – Developing and nurturing relationships with decision-makers in retail, food & beverage, consumer goods, and e-commerce to accelerate client acquisition.
  • Developing Tailored Solutions – Understanding client needs and positioning the company’s custom printing, packaging, and fulfillment services as high-value offerings.
  • Market Expansion Leadership – Collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with industry trends and customer demands.

Qualifications :

  • Industry Expertise – 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within printing, packaging, fulfillment, or a related industry.
  • Strong Network – Established relationships with key decision-makers in retail, food & beverage, consumer goods, or manufacturing.
  • Strategic & Results-Driven Mindset – A hunter mentality with the ability to identify opportunities, create value, and close deals in a competitive market.
  • Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills – Proven ability to articulate value, build trust, and secure long-term partnerships with industry leaders.
  • Understanding of Print & Packaging Solutions – Knowledge of custom printing, packaging materials, and fulfillment services is an asset.
