Base pay range

CA$110,000.00/yr - CA$150,000.00/yr

EVSTART is a rapidly growing pioneer and leader in EV Charging Solutions in Canada. We bring high-quality, scalable EV charging infrastructure to multi-unit residential buildings across Canada. Prior experience building business and driving revenue growth in the multi-unit residential real estate sector is an asset, as is selling building or energy related solutions to property developers, owners and managers in Ontario.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced B2B Outside Sales Professional that embraces prospecting, in-person client meetings, cold calls, and persistent follow-up.

This is a Sales Hunter position focused on acquiring new clients and new business.

This NOT a sales management, account manager, inside sales or marketing position so if you do not enjoy and thrive at hunting new business, daily prospecting, frequent customer contact or acquiring new clients, this is not the right position for you.

Total Compensation Range

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package with excellent base salary and performance based commission.

$110,000 - 150,000+ OTE per year, depending on experience, track record, and performance.

Requirements

· The successful candidate will have at least five years of full-time outside sales experience and have a proven track record in consistently capturing new accounts and maintaining positive and long term-relationships with clients.

· You LOVE talking with and meeting new people, work well independently, are well organized, and embrace CRM technology and other productivity tools to systematically target and capture new business. We are looking for candidates with three qualities above all else:

o PASSION to Win - you are competitive by nature and driven to outperform your peers and competition.

o PROCESS Driven - you have the discipline to stick to a plan and process.

o PERSISTENCE - you fight for every meeting, every opportunity and every deal, and aren’t easily discouraged.

· The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and have excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Experience with Cloud based CRM applications such as HubSpot, Salesforce.com, or similar is desirable.

· This position does require regular travel by car throughout the Greater Toronto area and occasionally to other parts of Ontario. Local candidates only please.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00+ per year
