1-800-GOT-JUNK?, the #1 name in junk removal, is looking for a dynamic, experienced sales professional to join our National Accounts team. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll generate new business leads, build strategic relationships with corporate clients, and achieve aggressive sales targets!

Work Environment

Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs). Core hours are 9 AM – 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.

A Day in the Life
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop impactful sales strategies
  • Build and manage a targeted prospect list
  • Generate new business through email, calls, networking, and meetings
  • Develop relationships with clients across North America
  • Support National Account Managers in onboarding new clients
  • Track sales activities in CRM
What You Bring
  • Proven Business Development experience in B2B environments
  • Ability to travel across North America (up to 50%)
  • Strategic selling skills in complex B2B settings
  • Strong prospecting skills, including cold calling and in-person meetings
  • History of exceeding sales targets
  • Growth mindset focused on personal and professional development
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $67,000 to $75,000 + Bonus (based on experience and internal parity)
