Qualifications

  • 5 - 10 years of solid sales experience in the staffing industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with the Engineering and Manufacturing Industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, secure and manage new clients.
  • Prepare responses to RFPs and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to review candidates.

We are Winters Technical Staffing, and we have been in the staffing industry for 50 years. We specialize in placements within manufacturing and IT sectors. We do temp to perm, temp and permanent placements

We are looking for a business development manager to grow our clients

Responsibilities :

  • Identify, secure and manage new clients
  • Able to grow our present clients
  • Renew and review existing contract agreements
  • Research and fully understand our present client base, products and the manufacturing processes
  • Meet with the people responsible for making hiring decisions and offer our complete range of services
  • Prepare responses to RFPs
  • Prepare customized Power Point presentations for prospective clients
  • Working closely with the recruiting team, reviewing candidates submitted to job orders as a final screening
  • Bring new methods and up-to-date sales approaches

Requirements

5 - 10 years of solid sales experience in the staffing industry

A bachelors in commerce or equivalent in experience

Familiar with the Engineering and Manufacturing Industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good understanding of Employment Laws and Provincial Health and Safety policies.

Strong sales and communication skills

Tenacious, results-oriented and belief in meeting tight deadlines.

Self-motivated, team oriented, high energy, driven and enthusiastic
