JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify and prioritize target markets, segments, and potential customers within the warehouse robotics, oil & gas, agricultural, and electrical vehicle battery manufacturing market segments, as well as other highly engineered custom product sectors.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve bookings and sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including commercial, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure alignment with customer requirements and specifications.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay on top of industry trends and developments.
- Be a customer advocate to promote opportunities that strengthen the company's position with customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities.
Additional Activities:
- Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to promote company visibility and brand awareness.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to peers, the company's team, and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal functions to support product design, production, delivery, and support of products.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management with a focus on industrial rubber solutions and products.
- Deep understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and regulatory requirements in key target markets such as warehouse robotics, oil & gas, agricultural, and electrical vehicle battery manufacturing.
- Successful track record of closing complex sales deals and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant business tools.
- Ability to analyze data in Excel and review, modify PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership and customers.
