Job summary

FCT is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager in Oakville, Ontario. You will aggressively build and manage relationships with target audiences to grow sales, exceed targets, and provide strong customer satisfaction. The role requires periodic field targets and collaboration with Sales leadership.

The position emphasizes strategic market awareness, CRM logging, and ongoing training to sharpen sales approaches in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of aggressive sales experience.
  • Post-secondary degree in Legal, business or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of legal and/or commercial real estate experience.
  • Strong business development experience in a B2B sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Aggressively develop and maintain new and existing relationships with various target audiences to grow sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Grow business and exceed sales targets from accounts that are unknown, underperforming or under penetrated while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve weekly face-to-face sales calls targets and log all appointments in the CRM by week’s end.
  • Work with Sales Leader to develop sales strategy and participate in training, coaching and learning opportunities.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of designated market/area and monitor SWOT to adapt sales plans.

Provide feedback to FCT stakeholders regarding the market to help contribute to FCT goals.Achieve weekly face to face sales calls targets and ensure that all appointments, contacts and opportunities are logged into our client relationship management database by the end of the week in which they occurWork with Sales Leader to develop sales strategy and continue to grow by participating in training, coaching and learning opportunitiesDevelop a clear understanding and awareness of the designated market/area by conducting regular reviews of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT). Scan the market for new business opportunities and new concepts.
