Your Impact
As the Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s evolution and revenue growth. Reporting directly to our Director of Marketing and Business Development you will:
Elevate Our Brand: Develop and execute cutting-edge marketing strategies that enhance our market visibility and resonate with both legal and real estate audiences.
Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, cultivate, and secure strategic referral source relationships and new business opportunities that directly contribute to our bottom line.
Innovate & Optimize: Leverage data-driven insights to refine campaigns, enhance customer engagement, and set industry benchmarks.
Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing business development strategies aligned with the firm's overall goals.
Market Knowledge: Understanding the legal within real estate mortgage markets, including trends, competitors, and client needs.
Collaboration: Working closely with lawyers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders within the firm.
Sales Process Involvement:
- Developing and executing marketing and business development plans.
- Identifying and pursuing new mandates and referral sources
- Analyzing market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.
- Supporting pitches, proposals, and reporting.
- Collaborating on events, sponsorships, and content opportunities with partners
Experience & Tools:
- Proficient with sales automation and platforms like HubSpot, apollo.io, Gong, or Outreach; bonus if you’ve worked on affiliate marketing or built strategic partnerships.
What You Bring
Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years in marketing, business development, or a related field, preferably with leadership experience in a mid-sized company.
- A demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing and referral source pipeline strategies.
Strategic & Analytical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, campaign management, and performance analytics.
- A strong business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
Innovation & Adaptability:
- A forward-thinking mindset with a proven track record of adapting strategies to ever-changing market conditions.
- The drive to continuously innovate and improve processes for optimal business impact.

What You Will Find Here
Compensation
- Salary: $60,000 salary, bonus eligible up to 20% dependent on achieving assigned KPI’s after probationary period. Mileage paid.
