Job Summary
The Business Development Manager establishes and expands ECS’s market presence and builds strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth in the energy storage and clean-tech sector. This role executes, evaluates and implements the company’s go-to-market strategy—securing early customers, partnerships, and supporting funding efforts—while shaping ECS’s revenue and long-term growth strategy. Understanding the importance of achieving key performance indicators, the Business Development Manager creates and executes strategies to achieve revenue goals, capture market share, build strong client pipelines, maintain partnerships and achieve customer acquisition and retention metrics. This individual will be responsible for increasing the company’s brand awareness and inbound inquiries, while obtaining customer feedback and analyzing the product-market fit. This key individual will support the funding process by contributing to securing investment rounds and demonstrating sustainable growth potential.
