Hybrid – Based in Ontario

Are you passionate about technology and helping the snow and landscaping industry grow? Do you have firsthand experience in working with or implementing technology for Snow and Landscaping? We want to hear from you!

Viaesys is a leading provider of field-focused technology for winter and summer maintenance contractors, property managers, and municipalities. Our ecosystem includes real-time weather stations, salt tracking systems, GPS-enabled dashcams, and a full featured field management, estimating and invoicing portal. Trusted by the industry for over a decade, we help our customers improve accountability, efficiency, and safety—all while saving money.

What You’ll Do :

• Drive growth by building relationships with snow contractors, landscaping firms, and property management companies across North America
• Lead demos and sales conversations, showing prospects how our tools deliver operational and financial value
• Identify and pursue new opportunities through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and industry events
• Onboard and support new customers as they integrate our technology into their operations
• Work cross-functionally with our product and customer success teams to ensure a strong feedback loop

What We’re Looking For :

Experience in business development / sales / operations in snow / landscaping, field services

Understanding of how contractors operate and how technology can help them

Proven ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships

A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help a growing company scale
