This role involves generating sales, providing technical support, and developing strategies for customer engagement, all while contributing to the company's growth and profitability in Chester, Nova Scotia.

Hawboldt Industries is a leading Canadian manufacturer of custom marine equipment, proudly serving the ocean science, defense, and offshore industries for over a century. Based in Chester, Nova Scotia, they design and build high-performance winches, cranes, and launch and recovery systems that are trusted worldwide for their strength, innovation, and reliability.
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, this position is responsible for generating sales, providing professional advice and technical support, preparing proposals to customer RFPs, delivering presentations, creating and following up on proposals, and helping Hawboldt meet its overall growth and profitability goals. The position involves all aspects of the business development process including prospecting, lead generation, qualifying leads, proposal preparation and follow-up, developing account/market strategies, handling customer inquiries, and closing of the sales.
