With over 15 years of experience, we deliver scalable outsourcing solutions across a range of functions including sales, lead generation, customer support, back-office, graphic design, accounting, NOC, and IT support.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead new business initiatives and forge strong client partnerships for our EOR and outsourcing services. This role is suited for a motivated sales professional who can uncover opportunities, build client relationships, and close high-value deals with businesses seeking to expand their international teams.

JOB KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for EOR and outsourcing services.
  • Execute consultative selling strategies to engage decision-makers and convert leads into clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, positioning Asiatel as a partner in global workforce solutions.

Proposal Development & Negotiation

  • Prepare customized proposals and presentations based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms aligned with both client goals and internal standards.
  • Stay informed on outsourcing trends, EOR regulations, and global hiring practices.
  • Use market insights to provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Track sales activities, measure performance, and refine development strategies based on data insights.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in BPO sales, business development, or marketing roles.
  • Background in EOR, outsourcing, or workforce expansion services is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of BPO service models, global hiring practices, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
