We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-drivenAcoustic Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence, driving sales, and building strong customer relationships across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for our acoustic component product lines to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on key sectors such as consumer, medical, fire & alarm and telecommunications.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
  • Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and product management teams to understand product features and ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to close deals and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations, technical demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Acoustics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in either sales or engineering within the acoustic industry is a MUST
  • Strong understanding of acoustic components, technologies, and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and data analysis.
  • A passion for sound technology and an innovative mindset.
