Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with affinity groups, associations, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance retiree programs, distribution channels, and customer engagement.
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities, joint ventures, and new market segments.
  • Expand distribution channels by developing partnerships across relevant industries and networks.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Manage partnership pipelines, contract activities, and performance reporting for leadership.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement and support new initiatives.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, enhance existing programs, and deliver sustainable business results.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance retiree programs, distribution channels, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities, joint ventures, and new market segments that align with business objectives
  • Expand distribution channels by developing partnerships across relevant industries and customer networks
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and support strategic planning
  • Manage partnership pipelines, contract activities, and performance reporting while providing regular updates to leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure new initiatives are successfully implemented and operationally supported
Your strengths include
