Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales and revenue across a diverse portfolio including:

  • Green Maples Environmental Inc
  • Top Defence Security Services Inc
  • Ontario Employment Solutions Inc
  • Ontario Restoration Squad Inc
  • SpectronX Technologies

You will work closely with the CEO and internal teams to identify new business opportunities, conduct outreach campaigns, and close deals—primarily in the commercial cleaning, security, employment services, emergency restoration, and IT services sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales efforts (cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, etc.) to generate new business leads.
  • Identify, research, and target potential clients in the facility management and IT services industries.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Understand client pain points and business challenges; present tailored solutions based on our wide range of services.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals; negotiate and close contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to represent the companies and build strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in outbound sales/business development.
  • Familiarity with industries such as commercial cleaning, security, IT, employment services, or restoration is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
