The Investments team helps asset owners across the world solve their investment problems. We offer a range of services across different delivery models, including investment consulting, Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO), investment funds, and analytics & tools. These are structured to provide investors access to best-in-class ideas and the opportunity to meet their long-term investment goals.
As a Senior Strategist on the Growth team, your mandate will be to help drive the growth of our Investments business by assisting clients in addressing their investment needs, connecting them with insights and solutions from our global research engine, and driving greater penetration of our services in the Canadian institutional investment market, with a focus on pension plans, endowments, and foundations. You and the Growth team will assess market needs and ensure we have the right services and solutions to improve clients’ outcomes.
The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders across the Investments business and other Growth teams to leverage existing relationships and bring the best of WTW to clients.
Success in this role involves contributing to profitable, sustainable growth in Canada across services and solutions, and being an active team player. You will report to the Head of Growth, Canada.

The Requirements
We seek candidates with experience in business development and growth within the investment industry, with a proven success record. Experience working with various client types is preferred. Candidates should have presentation skills, empathy, and adaptability. Minimum investment experience: 10 years; business development: 5 years. Licensing or eligibility for registration, and CFA or CIM designation, are required.
