What you bring to the job

The ideal candidate is confident, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented — but equally important, they are technically sound, highly organized, and comfortable using technology and CRM systems to manage their sales activity, pipeline, and client relationships. You come with:

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or client acquisition, ideally within recruitment, staffing, professional services, or B2B.

  • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how to develop and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Strong technical aptitude and confidence working with CRM/ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and other digital sales tools.
  • A highly organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple prospects, accounts, priorities, and follow-ups without losing momentum.
  • A self-motivated, action-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • An interest in market trends and the ability to research industries, companies, and prospective clients to inform your approach.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
