Job summary

Chartright Air Group is seeking a sales-focused professional to develop client relationships and drive growth in Canada. You will manage a high-volume outreach strategy, qualify opportunities, and move prospects through the full sales cycle to contract award.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of outbound sales experience, a business degree, and strong negotiation and consultative selling skills. Travel for client meetings and events is expected at times.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a prospecting-focused role with demonstrated outbound sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build a pipeline, and manage opportunities through a sales process.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of Chartright's aviation services and recommend solutions that meet client needs.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting activities (50+ daily) across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Manage inbound inquiries and opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract award.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales activity tracking.
  • Support proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
  • Represent Chartright at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experience and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring
