Works Design is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Manager to establish and implement strategies to enhance business growth and marketing effectiveness. This role involves creating and executing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and contributing to the agency's success. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, relevant experience, and a passion for corporate communications.
Ours is an engaged and creative team of over 40. We’re dedicated to teamwork and collaboration, which means this isn’t your typical nine-to-five culture. Our workload fluctuates throughout the year, and sometimes we are very busy. But we also make time for team activities, rooftop barbecues and other celebratory get-togethers.
THE ROLE
As a Business Development and Marketing Manager at Works Design, you will significantly impact our studio by establishing and implementing a business development strategy (e.g., identifying sector, service and client opportunities), leading many of our pursuits (e.g., initial meetings, pitch decks, long-form written proposals, project-specific client presentations), and establishing and implementing our business development-related marketing strategy (e.g., social media, digital marketing, blogs, trends research, events) that prioritizes industry awareness, subject matter expertise and world-class service.

While our current working environment is considered “flexible,” this role may require limited days in the studio and / or client travel.
