We are looking to add a Business Development Analyst to our National Group Insurance Department. This role is based in Alberta, Ontario, or the Atlantic Region on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

Role Responsibilities

You will work with the Group Relations team to analyze insurance program data, identify opportunities, generate reports, and coordinate events.

• Account planning and reporting expertise
• Collaborate with Business Development to improve reports and processes
• Gather feedback to modernize planning and reporting
• Maintain and update account plans
• Manage report inventories for stakeholders
• Coordinate projects between IT, end users, and managers
• Participate in departmental projects and produce business documents
• Assist with ad hoc analysis for the Business Development team

Candidate Requirements

• Post-secondary education
• At least 2 years of relevant Business Analyst experience
• Strong data analysis skills and continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Insurance and affinity experience is a plus
• Design Thinking and Customer Journey mapping experience is a plus
