GreenShield Canada (GSC) is seeking a Business Data Analyst to build and maintain datasets, reports, and data structures that support analytics across the Consumer business. You will translate business needs into data and reporting solutions, partnering with Product, Delivery, IT, and business teams to enable data-driven decisions.

Base Salary: CAD $59,688.00 - 91,109.00
The Consumer business is a key growth engine for GreenShield, focused on delivering innovative health, dental, travel, and wellness solutions directly to Canadians through a growing network of distribution channels, strategic partnerships, and digital experiences.
As business continues to scale through growth initiatives, analytics plays an increasingly critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making, improving business performance, and identifying opportunities for growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

The Business Data Analyst plays a key role in building and maintaining the data foundations that enable analytics, reporting, AI use cases, and business decision-making across the Consumer business. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, analytics, and technology teams by translating business problems into data requirements, ensuring data integrity, and supporting scalable reporting and analytics solutions. The Business Data Analyst partners closely with Product, Delivery, IT, and business teams to improve data quality, automate processes, and deliver trusted insights that support growth, profitability, and operational performance.
