We, the TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods (TAC) Post Acquisition Integration (PAI) team, are at the heart of this action! Linked closely with our Mergers & Acquisitions division, we focus on igniting fresh, innovative growth for our business by facilitating the seamless integration of acquired expertise and talent.

Embark on a transformative journey to create seamless organizational alignment, from pre-deal to post-integration stages. We are seeking a dynamic individual who excels in turning challenges into opportunities, driving impactful solutions and defined strategies. What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development of new strategies and subsequent tactical development while developing a measurement plan to monitor and track key PAI performance results, deep diving to produce actionable insights.
  • Conduct data analysis, generate and socialize insights to yield strategic decision making.
  • Support data and analytic requests; source, validate and analyze data, build models, synthesize insights, and present results utilizing written reports and presentations.
  • Participate in the due diligence process and PAI planning in support of M&A deals.
  • Create financial models to facilitate discussions on business to support PAI synergies planning and execution.
  • Work closely with corporate finance teams to develop annual budget, people planning, and monthly triage/forecast updates.
  • Lead and coordinate a diverse range of ad-hoc financial and operational analysis requests from senior leaders.
  • Build strong relationships within TELUS and TAC teams to ensure the effectiveness of our end-to-end value chain.
Qualifications

What you bring

  • Advanced Excel modeling skills required. Proficiency in Google Workplace tools also desirable.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization structure to deliver end-to-end success.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and foster strong relationships across departments and functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Great-to-haves

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative disciplines including MBA, CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA designation.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $140,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits such as:
