Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze, define standards, and optimize business processes, including designing and redesigning processes for performance improvements.
2. Define business requirements by discovering, analyzing, and documenting objectives.
3. Lead benefits analysis and realization, ensuring investments achieve forecasted benefits through measurement and monitoring.
4. Analyze and develop enterprise current and future states to foster understanding of organizational structure.

1. Organizational Design: Facilitate the development of business and operating models, including:

• Develop organizational architecture
• Document current models and lifecycles
• Identify key roles and responsibilities
• Design future state models with recommended roles and functions
• Assist in role filling via job descriptions and evaluation matrices
• Document key functions and processes
• Support deployment of new services

Develop Service Management Frameworks: Lead design and deployment of service management models, including documenting current frameworks, creating service profiles, and planning deployments.

Support Business Transformation initiatives, including People, HR, and Financial Management.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of business consulting experience involving diverse technology and stakeholder communities
• 5+ years of Public Sector consulting experience
• 2+ years as a technology project manager leading large-scale projects
• Experience supporting funding requests and government capital processes
• Experience in strategic planning for transformation projects, including service modernization and leveraging Lean and Service Design approaches

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Enterprise IT Architecture
• Organizational Communications and Change Management experience
• Public Sector Procurement experience
• CMC designation
• PMI certification
