Business/Vertical:

The EverPro business within EverCommerce offers solutions that help small home and field service businesses work more efficiently, covering scheduling, tracking, invoicing, payments, and customer relationship management.

The Invoicing vertical focuses on business management and payments solutions through Invoice Simple and Joist, serving freelancers, entrepreneurs, and micro-businesses across multiple industries and geographies.

Position Summary:

The Business Performance Analyst will track and optimize performance for our Invoicing products, providing insights to inform strategic decisions and reporting to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design performance monitoring frameworks and build automated reporting systems.
• Create dashboards using SQL and visualization tools.
• Track progress against strategic OKRs and KPIs.
• Prepare quarterly reviews and executive summaries.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in analytics, BI, or strategic operations.
• Proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and analytics platforms.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL, and automated reporting.
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or related; MBA preferred.
