Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent required.
• Must complete internal TCB certification program within required timeframe.
• Mutual Funds License required.
• 4 years retail/business/commercial lending or commercial credit experience or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong relationship builder and communicator with ability to work in a team.
• Results oriented with business development techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; adaptable to change.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Understanding of risk ownership and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: develops and executes long-term and weekly sales plans to consolidate and retain existing business and attract new business; solicits new business through community contacts and networks.
• Portfolio Management: manages and grows an existing portfolio of business banking members; conducts annual reviews and ensures credit terms are met.
• Sales and Service Strategy: provides ongoing advisory services to members; initiates referrals to product specialists and aims for sales targets.
• Wealth Management: as a licensed MFDA Advisor, provides wealth and investment solutions.
• Risk Management: initiates collection activity for delinquency under 90 days and advises on recovery actions.
