Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (administration, engineering, information technology, enterprise architecture or equivalent).
• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in complex cross-functional roles.
• Strong background in business architecture, strategic planning, or portfolio management of initiatives.
• Experience in capital markets.
• Strong capacity for analysis, structuring of complex issues and executive synthesis.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and evolve effectively in matrix environments.
• Good knowledge of the business sector and the organization.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the target business vision of the field.

• Identify, prioritize and arbitrate interdependencies and cross-domain synergies.
• Define and maintain a business architecture roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
• Orchestrate multidisciplinary analyses, scenarios, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Produce and frame structuring deliverables such as architecture targets, notices, opportunity sheets and decision files.
• Identify risks, inconsistencies and transformation challenges and recommend pragmatic solutions.
• Support feasibility and scoping work leading to project execution.
• Mobilize business, IT, architecture, portfolio and governance teams around a common vision.
• Represent the industry on governance bodies and executive committees.
