Job summary

ia is hiring a Business Architecture Advisor in Canada to lead the alignment of strategy with execution in the insurance and individual savings sector. • Extensive knowledge of the sector's products, processes, systems, and distribution networks.
• Advanced English and French proficiency for daily collaboration with multilingual partners.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into action by defining scope, recommending solutions, structuring deliveries, and assessing costs, benefits, and risks with IT teams.

• Provide influential leadership: Act as the business line representative in major initiatives, challenge proposed approaches, influence decision-making, and build alignment among stakeholders, including senior leadership.

• Has an advanced level of English and French proficiency , as the role involves analyzing and structuring business initiatives, presenting strategic recommendations, and influencing decision-making with English-speaking and French-speaking partners on a daily basis.
