The role requires deep industry knowledge in insurance and individual savings, outstanding analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
  • 15+ years of experience in business architecture or analyzing complex issues in insurance and individual savings sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of sector products, processes, systems and distribution networks.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and French, with ability to present to bilingual audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Turn strategy into concrete action by defining scope, recommending solutions, structuring delivery and assessing costs/risks with IT partners.
  • Provide influential leadership as business line representative in major initiatives and align stakeholders.
