Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Minimum of 10 years leading projects or complex initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of operations and processes.
• Enterprise-wide perspective with ability to influence across org levels.
• Proven leadership, ability to engage and align stakeholders, and decisive judgment.
• French written and spoken communication is essential.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM I, or CSM are assets in this role.
