The Business Architect will work to ensure the growth of Charter's Business Architecture Practice. This senior-level role will be responsible for Charter client business transformation and overseeing critical deliverables such as business capability models, business capabilities, and value streams. This position will work with clients to bridge the gap between technology and business at a foundational level.

Responsibilities : Business Execution
- Participate with the executive team and Charter Principal Business Architect to build the Business Architecture Practice. This will include :
- Participate in defining and evaluating new strategies, deliverables, and the creation of a partner ecosystem.
- Present recommendations and solutions clearly and concisely, focusing on key points to convey the intended message or purpose.
- In conjunction with the Principal Business Architect, lead and participate in the development of sales training insights.
- In conjunction with the Principal Business Architect, lead, build, manage, and enhance the business capability model along a maturity/optimization framework to drive enablement of the longer-term roadmap.
- Additional tasks to grow the Business Architecture Practice as defined from time to time, including the continual development of Business Templates, Best Practices, and managing internal and external communications.
Position Delivery
- Contribute to content creation of case studies, blogs, whitepapers, and social media content.
- Manage priorities, deliverables, and timelines effectively with minimal escalation.
- Drive and facilitate discussions with client business leaders to identify business capabilities in relation to current and future objectives.
- Partner with Charter clients in strategic planning, providing input to scope definition, creating capability roadmaps, and identifying impacts, dependencies, overlaps, and opportunities.
Team Engagement
- Work closely with Service Delivery and solution/technical architects to deliver business architecture guidance and strategy.
- Collaborate with team members participating in the Business Architect Program.
- Lead or participate in additional training and insights as needed.

Certifications and frameworks
- TOGAF Architecture Certified with a demonstrable body of work delivering measurable value.
- Design Thinking Certificate is an asset.
- Knowledge of Healthcare industry needs and Industry 4.0.
- Knowledge of Operational Technologies (OT), ISA 95 Standards, Purdue Reference Model for CIM.
- Knowledge of frameworks such as ITIL, PMBOK, COBIT, ISA 62443, NIST security and privacy standards is an asset.
