Job description

Our Client is seeking up to three (3) Digital Architect - Data to work on service innovation, program review, and digital transformation projects. The Digital Architect, Data will work as part of cross-functional program review or product delivery teams. These teams collaborate on activities including: field research, backlog definition and refinement, and sprint planning and execution. Digital transformation projects review the current state of services, identify future opportunities, and deliver new services that are efficient, effective, and affordable.

The Digital Architect(s) will primarily work remotely; however, they may be required to attend meetings or work sessions in Alberta on reasonable notice. Applicants must be Canadian Citizens to apply and work within Canada at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional agile product teams, providing architectural direction, and mentoring developers and technical leads.
3. At least 8 years of experience as a data architect, software architect, or senior data engineer, focusing on collaborative work with cross-functional teams to create new software applications.
4. At least 5 years of experience leading solution architecture and establishing the overall technical vision for large-scale enterprise projects with system integrations.
5. At least 4 years of experience in domain modeling and database schema design for transactional and reporting systems.
6. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
