Join our team and what we’ll accomplish together
Are you someone who speaks both \"business\" and \"technology\"? We're looking for a Business Analyst - Requirement Specialist - Health and Welfare Administration to help our clients transform how they manage employee benefits and HR workflows. You'll be the bridge between what our clients need and what our development teams build—translating complex business problems into elegant, integrated solutions that actually work.
You partner with HR leaders, payroll teams, and business stakeholders to understand their real-world challenges. This isn't just about collecting requirements—you'll dig deeper to uncover what's actually driving their needs, then translate that into clear, detailed specifications that guide implementation and configuration of our RBS platform.
Benefits administration doesn't exist in a vacuum. You'll navigate the intersection of payroll, financial transactions, document management, reporting, and telephony systems. Your job is to make sense of how they all work together and ensure our solutions fit seamlessly into clients' existing workflows.
From scoping to testing to launch, you'll be hands-on throughout the implementation lifecycle. You'll collaborate with solution architects, functional leads, and QA teams to validate that what we're building actually solves the problem. You'll also stay on top of changes and keep stakeholders aligned when things shift.
The benefits and HR tech space is evolving fast. You'll grow your knowledge through internal training, industry certifications, and self-directed learning—keeping yourself sharp on both domain expertise and emerging trends in technology-driven HR solutions.
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
