Job summary

TELUS Health is hiring for a role within the DB Implementation Team to deliver integrated pension administrative solutions for large public sector clients.   • Degree in administration, computer science, actuarial mathematics, business analysis, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pension plan management, workflow management system implementation, or administrative process automation.
  • Proficiency in current computer technologies; experience using Excel and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze client requirements for the implementation of the integrated solution.
  • Document business and operational needs within the context of implementation and workflow automation.
  • Evaluate and map business processes, aligning them with data across pension plan management systems (e.g., payroll, pension calculations, financial transactions, document management, telephony).
  • Collaborate with solution architects, functional leads, and development team to create and review new solutions.
  • Define testing scope and criteria and work with QA during execution.
  • Contribute to creating or redesigning reports and communications to support processes.
  • Provide ongoing follow-up with stakeholders regarding implemented changes.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in delivering integrated pension administration solutions to large public sector clients. You will gather and analyze client requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation of our comprehensive solution. You will work closely with solution architects, functional leads, developers, and quality assurance teams to create innovative solutions that meet complex business needs. This position offers extensive exposure to multiple business modules including Pension, Health & Welfare, Payroll, and Finance.

What you’ll do:
  • Gather and analyze client requirements for the implementation of our integrated solution

You have:

Salary Range

$58,100 - $107,900 CAD Annual Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
