Business Analyst – Spanish Spoken

Location: 150 King Street, 26th floor or 2201 Eglinton Ave East Ecosystem 4. Manager is flexible.

Work arrangement: Hybrid – 2-3 days in office Tuesdays and Thursdays preferred

Scheduled Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm

Typical Day in Role

• Working sessions with business, technology, and operations SMEs to understand and document system/process flows
• Manage the deliverables to meet target timelines
• Manage agile delivery board for tracking deliverables
• Assemble PowerPoint slides for executive and peer presentation
• Design stimulation exercises for resiliency activities
• Identify process assistance gaps and collaborate with SMEs for enhancement options
• Collaborate with developers, architects, operation managers, and business product owners/managers to come up with solutions

Candidate Requirements / Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a BA within FI
• 3+ years of experience within payment product Wires, ACH, EFT or International Money Transfer
• Strong operational knowledge on payment processing protocol
• Experience with end‑to‑end application journey mapping/process flow mapping
• Spanish proficiency is mandatory

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency with MS Visio and PPT
• BA experience at top 5 banks in Canada
• Experience in development or infrastructure operation areas
• Experience working with Jira/Confluence
