The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to digital transformation initiatives by helping organisations improve service quality, simplify workflows, enhance customer experiences, and achieve operational efficiency.

You will participate throughout the project lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements gathering to solution validation, user acceptance testing, implementation, and post-launch evaluation.

This position is suitable for professionals who enjoy solving problems, working with digital technologies, and converting complex business needs into practical solutions.

Candidates with relevant business analysis knowledge, project experience, or a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse existing digital services, business processes, workflows, and customer journeys to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Assess how digital tools, automation, and system enhancements can improve service delivery and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with product owners and service managers to define digital service features, capabilities, and expected outcomes.
  • Review proposed solutions to ensure that they address the identified business needs and provide measurable value.
  • Support the development of business cases, feasibility assessments, and impact analyses where required.
Requirements Documentation
  • Prepare and maintain business requirements documents, functional specifications, process maps, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Translate complex stakeholder requirements into clear documentation that technical and non-technical teams can understand.
  • Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to connect business needs with design decisions, development activities, and testing outcomes.
  • Keep requirements documentation updated as project scope, priorities, and business needs evolve.
  • Support the preparation of project briefs, decision records, meeting notes, and stakeholder presentations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Serve as a communication link between business teams, software developers, UX/UI designers, testers, project managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Present findings, recommendations, and analysis results to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
  • Build positive working relationships to encourage collaboration, transparency, and effective decision-making.
  • Communicate changes in requirements, project risks, and dependencies to the relevant teams.
Process Mapping and Improvement
  • Create current-state and future-state process maps to illustrate how digital services operate and how they can be improved.
  • Identify unnecessary steps, duplication, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
  • Recommend practical improvements that support efficiency, service accessibility, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
