What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Transform client business requirements into functional requirement documents (FRDs)
- Document and analyze required information and data to determine potential solutions
- Assist with triaging client-reported issues as needed
- Collaborate with various teams (Development, QA, Client Support, Client Services) to ensure delivery meets specifications
- Identify potential risks to project deliverables and manage risk mitigation strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University or College Diploma, preferably in Business Administration and/or Computer/Software Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst role at a fintech or investment bank
- At least 5 years of experience in the Wealth Management industry, banking, mutual funds, or securities
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrated superior customer service skills
- Ability to work independently on projects with tight deadlines and minimal supervision
