Description

Ontario Health seeks to implement an eForms solution, starting with the eForms MVP, that will implement the prioritized OMA/MOH forms, following a repeatable process, building on the success of the MTO forms implementation with EMR vendors for the primary care community. The scope of the eForms MVP consists of creating a digital forms publication pipeline and establishing a provincial library of electronic forms that will be readily available in all point of care systems and integrated with provincial digital assets (i.e., EHR).

Must Haves
  • 7+ years in requirements gathering
  • 7+ years in stakeholder management
  • 7+ years in system analysis (existing and new applications)
  • 7+ years in business analysis documentation development (use cases, scope, SRS, BRD, user stories, project planning)
  • 7+ years leading business analysis activities for a project
  • 7+ years in Agile methodologies
  • 7+ years in analyzing existing systems
  • 7+ years in excellent communication skills
  • 7+ years in excellent problem-solving
  • 7+ years in technical documentation
Responsibilities
  • Provides comprehensive I&T business analysis services for clients with diverse needs.
  • Interacts with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements.
  • Plans and executes requirement analysis, gathering, and documentation.
  • Prepares and advises on business analysis policies, processes, and standards.
Desired Skills
  • Knowledge of Information Management principles, policies, and practices.
  • Ability to translate business and data requirements into specifications.
  • Experience with business analysis methods such as process mapping and modeling.

  • Proficiency in business modeling, use case modeling, and process/data flow modeling.
  • Experience in project monitoring, problem solving, and reporting.
  • Develops performance measures and manages traceability matrices.
  • Conducts stakeholder engagement and prepares documentation.
  • Awareness of emerging I&T trends and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven team player with a track record of meeting deadlines.

Deliverables
  • Conduct business analysis on the existing Ontario Health eForms platform.
