Description
Ontario Health seeks to implement an eForms solution, starting with the eForms MVP, that will implement the prioritized OMA/MOH forms, following a repeatable process, building on the success of the MTO forms implementation with EMR vendors for the primary care community. The scope of the eForms MVP consists of creating a digital forms publication pipeline and establishing a provincial library of electronic forms that will be readily available in all point of care systems and integrated with provincial digital assets (i.e., EHR).

Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive I&T business analysis services for clients with diverse needs.
- Interacts with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements.
- Plans and executes requirement analysis, gathering, and documentation.
- Prepares and advises on business analysis policies, processes, and standards.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of Information Management principles, policies, and practices.
- Ability to translate business and data requirements into specifications.
- Experience with business analysis methods such as process mapping and modeling.
- Experience with structured, object-oriented, and agile methodologies.

Deliverables
- Conduct business analysis on the existing Ontario Health eForms platform.
- Perform requirement, gap, and impact analysis.
- Create technical documentation, including use cases, system specifications, and business process diagrams.
- Assess risks and document mitigation strategies to ensure compliance.
- Develop business requirements documentation and functional specifications.
- Support system architecture and design analysis.
- Identify security risks and support migration to Azure environments.
