Job Summary
This position involves reviewing organizational practices and providing analysis and solutions to management to improve workflow and processes. The role also requires working with organization leaders to organize and implement the long-term business plan.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure proper implementation of the company-wide ERP system (SAP).
- Create detailed business analyses to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Evaluate budgets, expenditures, and operational efficiency to develop future budgets.
- Leverage knowledge of technology platforms to propose solutions and strategies.
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and track operational metrics.
- Monitor budgets and spending to ensure appropriate fund allocation.
- Provide optimal pricing for products and manage company price lists.
- Develop costing and pricing models, including standard costs.
- Prepare cost estimates for new products and recipes.
- Collaborate across departments to develop and enhance company metrics.
- Analyze company metrics such as growth, P&L, capacity, inventory, customer acquisition cost, ROI per employee, etc.
- Monitor expenditures and profits, recommending cost-effective strategies.
- Conduct variance analysis and trend identification for continuous improvement.
- Work with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in product research to meet requirements and support purchasing.
- Research and compile quarterly market reviews on market trends.
- Stay updated on latest processes and IT advancements to modernize systems.
- Perform other duties as required.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or an MBA.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Experience reviewing and improving business processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical analysis tools.
- Strong research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective decision-making, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
