Contract Duration: 2 months

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the evaluation of two key operational systems:

1. Centralized Stores Management Software: Evaluate current inventory and purchasing workflows, and recommend a solution to improve inventory tracking, purchasing efficiency, and interdepartmental store operations.
2. IT Ticketing System: Investigate the current ticketing system in use within the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, assess its suitability for broader deployment, evaluate alternative solutions, and provide recommendations for a unified, scalable ticketing system to manage service requests across multiple departments.
