CANADA ONLY -- Individual should be located within 50 miles of Client's Toronto office.
- We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst Contractor to join our team on a project-based basis.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to catalog and standardize data from previous analysis conducted on the cost savings and operational efficiency impact our solutions have helped customers realize.
- This work will play a key role in the creation of impactful value realization metrics to be utilized in various go-to-market activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Cataloging & Standardization: Capture metrics from various reports into a single repository for easy access and reference.
- Data Standardization: Analyze and normalize data from various reports to ensure consistency and uniformity, making it suitable for analysis and market consumption
- Impact Metrics Development: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and establish key metrics that articulate the value and impact our products have for our customers
- Reporting & Insights: Assist in the creation of dashboards and reporting structures that visualize the data in a way that effectively tells a story
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in the data collection, cataloging, and reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics or a related field, preferably with exposure to business value reports, market activities, or performance metrics.
- Proficient in developing pivot tables using data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and standardization techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
