The Business Analyst plays a vital role in diagnosing and supporting client requests and specifications for the TickTrade platform. The role acts as a link between IT capacity and business objectives, supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analysis, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software features.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Directs, administers, and coordinates all technical and managed service operations of Ticktrade Systems according to policies, goals, and objectives established by the CEO.
2. Responsible for strategic initiatives and service metrics, ensuring projects meet Ticktrade solution targets and exceed client needs.
3. Develops project deliverables such as Business Cases, Requirements Documents, Process Flows, Use Cases, Test Strategies, and User Guides.
4. Assists in planning, implementation, functional testing, and investigating system logs and database records.
5. Facilitates and leads meetings with clients, developers, architects, analysts, and QA teams to understand and assess requirements.
6. Collaborates with developers and QA to ensure proper implementation and testing of work.
7. Performs testing to verify the correct implementation of deliverables.
8. Ensures all work complies with policies, procedures, organizational objectives, and quality standards.
9. Supports clients throughout the project lifecycle from inception to production.
10. Provides on-call production support when requested.
11. Manages escalation processes for clients and vendors and coordinates during incidents and normal operations.
12. Ensures the product aligns with the company's overall vision.
13. Builds trust and communicates effectively with development teams.
14. Understands tech trends, their impact on roadmaps, and how they drive innovation.
15. Comprehends technical challenges and makes informed trade-offs with the team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business/systems analysis or software implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL queries and scripts.
• Skills in data and process modeling, problem-solving, and specifications.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple projects and deliverables.
• Experience in delivering training on software and business processes to end users and partners.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of FX trade workflow and post-trade settlement processes.
• Experience with liquidity integration and financial information exchange protocols.
• Knowledge of post-trade settlements and allocations.
• Data analysis and system integration experience.
• Strong project management and planning skills.
