Base pay range

CA$60.00/hr - CA$70.00/hr

6 month contract with no extension or conversion

Position Title: Technical Business Analyst, HCM

Reporting into: Associate Director, Information Management & Security. Will be working with their PM and Solution Architect (all three will be in the interview - panel style, one interview).

Must haves:

• 5+ years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst with hands-on experience with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors Integration, including understanding of API management, middleware technologies, data modeling, and configuring infotypes in S/4HANA.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hybrid work arrangement, 3 days per week in Toronto.

Project:

This candidate will work to unify the existing SAP HCM and SuccessFactors systems, which currently operate in silos and do not integrate effectively. The goal is to clean up and consolidate the systems to enable future integration and enhancements.
